Festival of Lights
Festival in Lihue at The Historic County Building
The Festival of Lights is a unique annual event at the Historic County Building running through December, dedicated to presenting for generations to come the beautiful decorations created by Josie Chansky, as well as creations crafted by our volunteers and perpetuating the tradition that residents and visitors from around the world experienced for decades at the Chansky "Christmas House" in Kapaa.
