About the Festival:
Over fifty different events are lined up for the Hawaiiana Festival, Malama Ola Festival (to take care of life) and the HHLA - Kauai Chapter Conference, set to take place at the Grand Hyatt Kaua`i Resort and Spa in Po`ipu. This series of events is established to teach and perpetuate Native Hawaiian cultural practices and values as well as involve visitors and residents in learning about different aspects of the Native Hawaiian culture. The three-day span of activities encompasses demonstrations, lectures, health and fitness classes, panel discussions, cultural arts and practices, displays, entertainment, and food.
