About the Festival:

Matsuri Kaua`i 2008 offers a host of activities and demonstrations, including Oshie (quilted art) from Moriyama City, Japan, Kimono Kitsuke for adults as well as children, Bento Sales, Origami, Musubi Madness Contest, Mochi Pounding, Mini Bon Dance, Craft Sales, Tea Ceremony, Bonsai, Jorei, Flower Circle, Martial Arts, Entertainment from local dancers and singers as well as from Japan and the outer islands.
