About the Festival:

Kuhio Higway will be closed starting at 10 am. Parade starts
from the vicinity of Big Save and on to the Kapa’a Beach Park.
The parade theme is a tribute to all WWII veterans. Ceremony and
entertainment to follow at the Beach Park.
